GDPR compliance information

The company SafeDX s.r.o. (hereinafter referred to as "SafeDX") processes personal data in accordance with the currently valid regulations in the field of personal data protection - i.e. mainly, but not exclusively, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 , on the protection of natural persons in connection with the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and on the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC (general regulation on the protection of personal data - hereinafter referred to as "GDPR"), and Act No. 110/2019 Coll., on processing of personal data, as amended.

Information according to Article 13/14 GDPR for employees is available in particular on the company portal and our Compliance department.

Information according to Article 13/14 GDPR for contractual partners/suppliers is available in particular on the website www.safedx.eu and also in documents handed over in connection with the relevant business relationship.

SafeDX enables all data subjects to exercise rights related to the processing of their personal data, in particular as regards:

  • the right to access personal data,
  • the right to correct inaccurate personal data,
  • the right to erasure and restriction of personal data processing,
  • the right to portability of personal data,
  • the right to withdraw consent to data processing if the processing takes place on this basis,
  • the right to file a complaint about the processing of personal data with the Office for Personal Data Protection.

There is no automated decision-making (i.e. decision-making based exclusively on the automated processing of personal data) or their profiling in SafeDX.

In order to protect the processed personal data, SafeDX has taken the necessary technical, administrative and security measures to prevent unauthorized or accidental access to personal data, its alteration, destruction or loss, unauthorized transfers, unauthorized processing, as well as other misuse. These measures ensure an appropriate level of security appropriate to the risk involved. The security measures we use include, but are not limited to, firewalls, data encryption, limiting access to personal data to the extent strictly necessary and related control mechanisms.
